Paint and Pixel Festival #2!

It's only five more days until the second annual "Paint and Pixel Festival" in Northampton, and this year I will be there as an invited guest (thanks, Peggy and Sean!). It's happening this Saturday, October 20,  from 11AM to 6PM, in Northampton, MA on the third floor of the Northampton Center for the Arts at 17 New South Street (across from the Academy of Music).

I probably won't be bringing any TMNT stuff with me, though I will be happy to autograph TMNT things, and may do some Turtle head sketches as well. I will be selling a portfolio of five 11 by 17 black and white prints, titled "Treefaces: Five Prints of Drawings of Trees With Faces". Here's a detail from one of them:

Most excellent! I look forward to seeing you there. If you don’t mind me asking, how much are you charging for your "Treefaces: Five Prints of Drawing of Trees With Faces"? I just would like to get an idea of how much cash I could bring. If I seem really quite when I meet you take no offense. I am painfully shy around people I don’t know very well and, part of me will be trying to keep the fanboy within at bay. I can’t promise that my son will be able to contain his inner fanboy. I told him if we are polite you might let us take a picture with you. I hope that’s not out of line. We are both big fans of your work.
Do you know if Ruth Sanderson will be attending this year? I found it fascinating watching her paint last year. She was so graceful in her method. It was awe inspiring.
Hope to see you there. I hope this P&P is as fun and, successful as last years!

Hi Peter, will you be there when the doors open at 10am, or not until 11am as written? I unfortunately can only be there for the first 30/40 minutes of the Fest, so it would be extra awesome if you were there at the opening time!

I was not planning to get there when the doors open. I should be at my table by 11AM. -- PL

Mark, I am still pondering what to charge for the "Treefaces" portfolios. But it will probably be somewhere around $30.

I am usually happy to pose with people for photos, as long as it doesn't take too much time.

Ruth told me that she hopes to come to see the show, but she has other commitments which will keep her from staying very long. -- PL
